In late January, our neighbour Pam Crowe was named citizen of the year in the Comox Valley.   Pam has served as President of the Comox Valley Child Development Association for the past 11 years and has coordinated the telethon fundraiser for the past 20 years.  Since 1976, the telethon has generated over $1.5 million to assist local families. Pam has been involved with it for 36 of the 37 years she has lived here. Pam and husband Dave Gibson live at 258 Longview Road at the extreme east end of Kye Bay.
